SUMMARY:Moon Village Association Architecture Working Group - Winter 2021-2022 Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The MVA Architectural Concepts and Considerations Working Group (WG) will hold its Winter 2021-2022 Workshop online next month.  \n\n\n\nThe goal of this workshop is to advance concept\, longer-term planning and cooperation for humanity vis-a-vis Earth’s Moon.  \n\n\n\nThe objectives of the meeting will be to:(1) review the status of MVA Architecture WG studies (including the OASIS 2045 Case Study); (2) to review of the status of significant government lunar future plans and program developments during 2021; (3) to discuss the status of commercial and academic lunar plans and development; and\, (4) to hold working discussions regarding the ongoing Architecture WG case study as a framework\, and the global context of programs and activities.  Special emphasis will be placed on emerging space countries and on the activities of the several MVA Institutional Members. The dates and times for the workshop will be as follows:Day 1: Tuesday\, January 25\, 2022. from 05:00 AM to 09:00 AM Pacific Time (from 14:00 CET in Europe\, and from 22:00 Tokyo Time)Day 2: Wednesday\, January 26\, 2022; from 05:00 AM to 09:00 AM Pacific TimeDay 3: Thursday\, January 27\, 2022\, from 05:00 AM to 09:00 AM Pacific Time.Participation in the live event will be by invitation only due to space limitations in the zoom ‘conference room’\, however the event will be recorded and made available later via the MVA website. (Please be aware that consideration will be given to MVA individual members and Institutional Member representatives in finalizing the program.)Decisions on attendance\, speakers and the program will be finalized and posted in early January 2022.
