Malak Trabelsi Loeb is a practitioner in international business law, specialising in cross border transactions, space law, technology and national security law, and the governance of emerging and dual use technologies, with particular focus on quantum technologies and artificial intelligence.

She is the Founder and President of Vernewell Group and the Founder and CEO of Trabelsi Loeb Legal Consultants. Her practice advises governments, regulators, critical infrastructure operators, frontier technology companies, and investors on export control and dual use compliance, foreign investment screening and national security reviews, cross border data governance and cybersecurity, technology transfer structuring, and contractual frameworks that allocate lifecycle risk and support audit ready assurance for sensitive and space related technology deployments.

Malak is as a NATO Subject Matter Expert for the space sector and emerging disruptive technologies. She graduated valedictorian with highest honours in International Business Law from Sorbonne University, with a thesis on space insurance and international space law. Based in Dubai, she works across MENA, Europe, and North America. She has been recognised in the UNESCO’s IYQ Quantum 100 for contributions to the global quantum ecosystem in the region and globally.
