Registration Fee Includes

The registration fee includes:

1. Participation in the 10th Global Moon Village Workshop & Symposium, according to the selected registration category.
2. Meals and refreshments provided during the event, including:
   • Morning refreshments
   • Lunch
   • Afternoon refreshments
   • Evening reception

Registration Fee Does Not Include

The registration fee does not cover:

1. Online transaction or payment processing fees.
2. Visa application or related expenses.
3. Travel expenses, including:
   • Airfare
   • Local and ground transportation
   • Accommodation
4. Registration fees or expenses related to participation in other co-located events or side events, where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

All registration fees for the 10th Global Moon Village Workshop & Symposium are non-refundable.

Once registration has been completed and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, non-attendance, visa refusal, travel disruption, or any other reason preventing the participant from attending the event.

If a participant is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their registration to another individual, subject to prior approval by the Moon Village Association and provided that the replacement participant meets the applicable registration requirements.

Requests for registration transfers must be submitted in writing to the Moon Village Association, at gro.n1790102643oitai1790102643cossa1790102643egall1790102643ivnoo1790102643m@uoi1790102643notna1790102643.ikfa1790102643lg1790102643 prior to the event and should include the name and contact details of both the original registrant and the replacement participant.

The Moon Village Association reserves the right to review and approve registration transfer requests on a case-by-case basis.

Visa

1. Participants are responsible for determining whether they require a visa to enter Thailand and for obtaining the appropriate visa before traveling.
2. All visa application, processing, and related expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
3. Visa requirements vary depending on nationality and may be subject to change. Participants are strongly advised to verify the latest requirements with the relevant Thai authorities or their nearest Thai embassy or consulate before making travel arrangements.

Participants are advised to request their Letter of Invitation well in advance, as visa processing may require additional time.

Please note that the issuance of a Letter of Invitation does not guarantee the granting of a visa. Visa applications and decisions remain the responsibility of the participant and the relevant authorities.
