Call for Applications to the Position of MVA Vice-President

The Moon Village Association (MVA) invites applications for the Board position of Vice-President.
Terms of Reference
- Represent the President in his absence.
- Advise the President on critical issues of the Association in the policy and technical areas.
- Act in close coordination with the President.
- Chair the Technical Discussions held in the Board or other ad hoc meetings.
- Support MVA activities, such as organizing sessions around the world.
- Act as senior coach for required MVA activities, such as the PESC project and Education.
- Perform other specific tasks delegated by the President.
Desired Qualifications
- At least 20 years of working experience in the space field, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of engineering and technology issues based on professional education and direct experience.
- Leadership and charismatic character.
- Long-term vision on the future of space activities.
- Good communication skills.
- Capacity to motivate and work with teams in an NGO environment.
- Experience in working with international teams.
- Good understanding of relevant management and international issues (may include industry, technologies, academia, etc.).
